INTERREG IVC Application Pack

First call for proposals open for INTERREG IVC programme

The first INTERREG IVC call for proposals was launched on 21st September 2007 and will close on 15th January 2008.

Please submit the Application Form only by email to application[at]interreg4c.net.

In this section you can find very useful and important documentation to read before submitting your application.

CORRECTION TO THE APPLICATION FORM

Please note that an updated version of the Application is available on the link below since Monday 5 November at 12:30 GMT. The previous version of the Application Form contained a mistake in Section 5 ‘Partnership’. The co-financing rate indicated for Swedish and Slovak partners was inversed. This has now been rectified to the correct levels – 75% for Swedish partners and 85% for Slovak partners. Applicants are therefore strongly advised to use this updated version of the Application Form.

Please note the following potential problems when completing the Application Form:

Section 1.9 page 11

The message ‘False’ appears in the fields ‘Signature of Lead Partner’ and ‘Official stamp of the Lead Partner’s institution’ in Section 1.9 when the Application Form has been fully and correctly completed. This is due to an error in the formula and is not an indication that the application form has an error or is incomplete. This will therefore have no negative consequences on the eligibilty of the Application. However, the message “Application Form is incomplete or contains Error messages” will remain as long as there are errors or incomplete sections in the Application Form.

Section 1.3 page 5

If you have selected 'Capitalisation Project" on the cover page of the Application Form, the question appears: "Are you interested in Fast Track?" in Section 1.3. The cell to select your answer (yes/no) is just to the right of this question, but does not appear on the screen. You can click on this cell to select your answer, which will be visible on the printed version of the Application Form.

Project Assistance Form

To receive feedback on the content of your proposed project idea, please download and complete the Project Assistance Form, and send by email to info[at]interreg4c.eu. Please name the file 'OrganisationName_Assistance_Form'. The Secretariat and Information Points will do their best to get back to you as soon as possible.
